Why choose high temperature plasma cutting technology for wear-resistant steel plate
The cutting technology of wear-resistant steel plates has been greatly improved. In the past, cold-rolled cutting was used for cutting wear-resistant steel plates, but this cutting technology is not conducive to maintaining the shape of wear-resistant steel plates to a certain extent. and hardness are affected, because cold-rolled cutting has an impact on the physical properties of wear-resistant steel plates. So now our wear-resistant steel plate factory adopts high temperature plasma cutting technology. This cutting technology has little effect on the physical and chemical properties of the wear-resistant steel plate.

For the cutting of wear-resistant steel plates, it is recommended to use plasma cutting. Plasma cutting is divided into two types: underwater plasma cutting and air plasma cutting. When underwater plasma cutting is used, the plasma gas can generate a high temperature of several thousand degrees, the high manganese steel plate is rapidly melted at the incision, and oxidation is avoided due to the water barrier, and the water cools the steel plate in time to prevent the precipitation of carbides, so that the steel plate can be cut. The surface is smooth and flat, without heat affected zone, and the cutting quality is the best. It is the first choice for cutting high manganese steel. Air plasma cutting can also be used.
Wear-resistant steel plates can also be cut by traditional flame cutting. When flame cutting is used, it is recommended to use a cutting trolley. According to the thickness of the steel plate, different specifications of gun heads are used. The ratio of gas and oxygen is adjusted properly (preferably neutral flame). It is to start cutting after all adjustments are made, so as to prevent the section gap caused by the flameout and arc ignition in the middle, which will affect the cutting quality.

Advantages and disadvantages of hot rolled steel
By definition, steel ingots or billets are difficult to deform at room temperature and difficult to process. Generally, they are heated to 1100-1250 °C for rolling.

Characteristics and uses of hot rolled steel coils
Hot-rolled coils are made from slabs (mainly continuous casting slabs). The hot steel strip coming out of the final rolling mill of finishing rolling is cooled to a set temperature by laminar flow, and then coiled into a steel strip coil by a coiler.

Types and uses of hot rolled steel sheets
Hot continuous rolled steel sheet products include steel strips (coils) and steel sheets cut from them. The steel strip (roll) can be divided into straight hair rolls and finishing rolls (split rolls, flat rolls and slit rolls).
