The PQF, CPS and PAM tube rolling processes developed in the world in the last ten years will become three new processes for the production of seamless steel pipes in the world in the 21st century. The development process of these three new processes is roughly as follows:
(1) PQF tube rolling process
In 1993, Palma, an Italian Innse company, officially launched the PQF (Premium Quality Finishing) pipe rolling process at the Hong Kong International Conference. This PQF continuous rolling mill is jointly designed by German SMSMeerSMSDEMAGInnse Company and Tianjin Steel Pipe Company.
(2) CPS tube rolling process
CPS (Conical Piercer Stretch Reducing) tube rolling process, namely the two-step tube rolling process, the idea is to save the tube rolling process, and the capillary tube directly enters the tension reducing unit after piercing; the second is the continuous casting hollow billet, the continuous casting hollow billet directly enters the tube rolling process , the perforation process is omitted, and the traditional three processes are changed into two processes.
(3) PAM tube rolling process
