Annealing specificationedit
Traditional periodic spheroidizing annealing process, annealing temperature is 750℃, holding for 2h, furnace cooling to temperature (680±10)℃, holding for 3h, then furnace cooling to 550℃, and then air cooling. The production efficiency is low, the oxidation decarburization rate reaches 22%-40%, and the surface hardness and elasticity are not up to the requirements. The tensile strength is 600-620Mpa, the elongation is 53.5%-40%, and the hardness is 209-214HBW. New annealing processedit
In the traditional annealing process, the annealing temperature is 730℃, the temperature is kept for 13h, and after the furnace is cooled to 650℃, the furnace is air cooled. New annealing process: annealing temperature (860±10) ℃, holding for 45-60min, furnace cooling to (750±10) ℃, holding for 3-3.5h, after the furnace is cooled to 650-660 ℃, out of the furnace or into the heat preservation The pit is slowly cold. The metallographic structure meets the requirements: the pearlite structure is 2.5-6 grades, preferably about 4 grades. The process improves the efficiency by 80%-100%.
