Stainless steel flat bar is a rectangular steel with slightly pure edges. The stainless steel flat bar can be semi-finished steel. There are cold drawn polished stainless steel flat bar and hot rolled acid white sandblasted stainless steel flat bar.
The stainless steel flat bar can be composed of various stress-bearing components according to the different needs of the structure, and can also be used as a connection between the components. It is widely used in various building structures and engineering structures, such as house beams, bridges, power transmission towers, lifting and transporting machinery, ships, industrial furnaces, reaction towers, container racks and warehouse shelves.
Stainless steel flat bars are used as bridges, house frames, fences, power transmission ships, vehicles, etc. in construction projects. The raw material billets for the production of stainless steel flat bars are low-carbon square billets, and the finished stainless steel flat bars are delivered in hot-rolled, cold-rolled or hot-rolled states. During the transaction, the side width and side thickness dimensions of the stainless steel flat bar should be fully filled in on the contract and other documents, as well as the main other process items, such as annealing, solid solution, etc.
Stainless steel flat bar is mainly divided into two types: equal side and unequal side. Among them, the equal side can be divided into square steel. The delivery length of stainless steel flat bar is divided into two types: fixed-length and double-length. The fixed-length selection range of Chinese stainless steel flat bar is 3-9m and 4-12m according to the different specification numbers. The length selection range for Japanese-made stainless steel flat bar is 6— 15m.
