Factors affecting the cooling and bending of color-coated aluminum coils

Color-coated aluminum coils have been widely used in the construction industry for their anti-corrosion and thermal insulation properties. However, sometimes the color-coated aluminum coil will bend. The main factors affecting the cooling and bending of color-coated aluminum coils are as follows:

Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil from China manufacturer

1. The high-pressure aerosol nozzle has strong directionality, and the aerosol angle is about 25°~30°, which can complete the partial cooling of the color-coated aluminum coil without affecting other parts of the color-coated aluminum coil.
2. In the air under normal conditions, the heat transfer coefficients of the aluminum hollow coil components are equal to each other, and the wall thickness or shape of the painted color-coated aluminum coils are different. The cooling rate of each part is not uniform, so that the thicker part becomes a hollow tube or the thinner part has a slower cooling rate.
3. For color-coated aluminum coils, the high-pressure ambient air atomizes the water and increases the surface volume and contour of the water by touch, thereby destroying the vapor film produced when the water and high-temperature structures are formed. Contours are touched and heat exchange efficiency is improved
4. When some high-pressure aerosols are used for cooling, since air and water have two heat transfer media, the heat transfer coefficient of water is greater than that of air, so the color-coated aluminum coil can increase the heat dissipation rate.

Advantages and disadvantages of hot rolled steel

By definition, steel ingots or billets are difficult to deform at room temperature and difficult to process. Generally, they are heated to 1100-1250 °C for rolling.

Characteristics and uses of hot rolled steel coils

Hot-rolled coils are made from slabs (mainly continuous casting slabs). The hot steel strip coming out of the final rolling mill of finishing rolling is cooled to a set temperature by laminar flow, and then coiled into a steel strip coil by a coiler.

Types and uses of hot rolled steel sheets

Hot continuous rolled steel sheet products include steel strips (coils) and steel sheets cut from them. The steel strip (roll) can be divided into straight hair rolls and finishing rolls (split rolls, flat rolls and slit rolls).
